If you are looking for an image editing program with big features, Kropper won`t help you much. However, if what you want is a lightweight and free tool that does a couple of things, then this is it. Kropper has been created specifically to resize, cut, rotate and insert text into images.

Its functions may be basic, but many users don`t need more. Kropper is very simple: it works from just one window, and it only has a main menu (without submenus). Kropper is a useful tool but not full of features, for retouching images.
